3.     M/s Kamrup Housing Projects (Pvt.) Ltd. (Share Holder)

The relevant information of the company as on 26th June 2008 for the consumption of public is as under:

1.    The company has not engaged any person, company and/ or entity to undertake promotion, sales, investments and other allied activities for and on its behalf in India or abroad;

2.   The company has not entered into any arrangement/ agreement with any Financial Institution and/ or Private Fund and/ or Individual Investor;

3.  The entire share capital of the company is being held by its above-named promoters-directors. No agreement has been entered into by the company with any third party with regard to dilution or expansion of its share capital;

4.  The company currently has no projects under execution in India or abroad.
